General information only; no binding offer
The Site is provided for general business information and inquiries. Descriptions of our services, capabilities, and approach do not constitute a binding offer, quote, or commitment unless separately agreed to in writing by Uptime.
Separate client agreements

A Client Agreement controls the scope, fees, deliverables, support, warranties, confidentiality, security obligations, and similar matters for purchased services. If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for those services.
